It's been a long journey in production, and I couldn't be more excited to finally share this finished piece of wax with you: from the warm sound of crackling guitars on "I Stopped Missing You Today" to Lauren Ward's vivid photography and the shiny white vinyl, this single helps mark what should be a long and bright career for Stone Darling. And of course, if you're not feeling lucky and want to support what we're doing, the 7" is on sale now and shipping straightaway in the Analog Edition store.

"Angeline," the single's B-side, is a wide-open country-tinged folk gem colored with bursts of electric guitar, lyrical fills of percussion, and honeyed harmonies. But before the band recorded the track in the studio this past summer, they recorded a raw and intimate version of "Angeline" that cuts right to the bones of the songwriting. Below, you can listen to that alternate version in an artfully collaged video by Julia Wick.
