Daytrotter and its founder Sean Moeller get some much deserved love and national attention as Time Magazine stops by the Rock Island, IL studio for a day of recording with Brooklyn band Oberhofer. Moeller and his team have carved out a truly unique and important role for themselves in contemporary music as both a platform for the discovery of young burgeoning acts and as champions of analog recording (every performance is recorded to 1/4" analog tape). The praise and accolades for the site are well overdue. Check out the video after the jump.
