San Diego garage smash and poppers Plateaus are following up their 2011 Art Fag debut with another 7", this time on Hozac Records. The A Side, "Do It For You," is one of those simple and repetitive rock n roll jangles that seems almost silly on paper, but in song seeps into your ear canal, latches onto your brain like one of those remora suckers, and proves absolutely impossible to shake. I listened to this song twice yesterday, and woke up with the melody dancing around in my head. Sometimes, simple is good. Damn good.Buy the vinyl from Hozac.
