I've avoided liking the Radio Dept.'s Clinging To A Scheme for a while now. Initially, the album seemed all too easy to please with its M83 80s-revival sound of pure pop hedonism. Same here, I have tried to stay away from it for a while for no reason at all but then it received "best new music" so that might have had a reason but i tried out a few songs the other day and have not really had the option to not like them, they're so compelling and interesting.
